How to open a Support Ticket
To open a ticket, please go to: support.codegotech.com
1. Click on "Submit ticket"
2. Fill in you details
In the message part, we will need the following
- your name and surname
- registration email
In the "Message" section provide the information: which App or product we are talking about, describe your problem, and if you encounter any errors, take screenshots, device, telephone number and username
3. Click on "Submit request"
